Home / The Evolution of ASUS ExpertBook Series: New Product Line Launched

The ASUS ExpertBook Malaysia range entered a new chapter in June 2026, when the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra launched locally alongside a wider set of commercial PCs for business users. The ExpertBook series is built for professional and corporate work, and its different models cover everything from growing SMEs to larger enterprises.
MMX Solutions has been strengthening its focus on commercial PCs and laptops. With ASUS introducing its latest commercial lineup, MMX is now an official ASUS partner, providing businesses with access to ASUS commercial PCs and laptops, together with product support and flexible options through the MAXRENTAL scheme.
ASUS unveiled the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra on 10 June 2026 and calls it “The Flagship of the Industry” during its Next Enterprise Summit 2026 held in Singapore, with regional streaming and announcements covering Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand. The ExpertBook Ultra is a Copilot+ PC for professionals who want portability, strong performance, and AI-ready computing in one machine.

The model starts at 0.99 kg and has a precision CNC-crafted magnesium-aluminum chassis. Depending on the configuration, it can run Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors with up to 50 NPU TOPS for AI workloads. Selected versions also come with a 3K Tandem OLED display of up to 14 inches.
On the security side, the laptop includes ASUS ExpertGuardian technologies. Other available features are an IR camera with Windows Hello support, fingerprint authentication and a physical privacy shutter. As always, exact specifications depend on the configuration.
Beyond the flagship, ASUS still offers the wider ExpertBook series for different kinds of business environments.
The ExpertBook B Seriesis aimed mainly at larger enterprises, with configurable specifications, enterprise-level security and IT management features. The ExpertBook P Series is geared towards small and medium businesses that want business-focused productivity, portability and security.
For IT and procurement teams, choosing an ASUS business laptop takes more than picking a model name. It helps to think role by role: how much processing power the job needs, how often the person is on the move, how much memory and storage they use, what level of security is required, how heavy the device is, and what the budget allows.
The current ExpertBook range comes in a mix of processor, memory, storage and display configurations. That lets organizations match specifications to how people actually use their devices, instead of giving every role the same hardware.
Staff who travel often will care more about weight and battery capacity, while those running heavier applications may need more processing power and memory.

Security is built into the commercial range too. Depending on the model, features can include ASUS ExpertGuardian, TPM security, biometric authentication and firmware-level protection. The ExpertBook Ultra, for instance, supports Windows Hello and comes with a fingerprint sensor and a physical camera privacy shutter.
Durability is another point ASUS highlights across the ExpertBook Ultra series.
ASUS documents a range of quality and environmental tests for its ExpertBook laptops, including hinge, keyboard, port durability, vibration, temperature, water spill, shock and drop test, and many more tests. The aim is to see how components and whole devices hold up under different physical and environmental conditions.
That said, test procedures and applicable standards can differ between models and configurations. Think of it as manufacturer testing evidence, not a promise that a laptop is damage-proof or will survive every accident in the real world.

Alongside ASUS’s latest commercial launches, MMX Solutions Sdn Bhd has strengthened its partnership with ASUS as an authorized reseller and partner for ASUS commercial laptops and desktops.
As part of this, MMX Solutions Sales Director, Raymond Tiew, visited ASUS headquarters in Taiwan during the APAC Commercial Taiwan HQ Tour. The trip gave him a closer look at ASUS’s product development and its latest ExpertBook commercial line-up, and it supports MMX’s effort to better understand the products and technologies being introduced for business customers.
